Credit Card Information:

We use Stripe to process all online payments to ensure your payment information is kept secure by a third party. Natalie Catherine Candles does not hold the credit card details of any customers. While this means you will have to enter you details with every order, we believe it is the most secure way of processing your orders.

Free Prize Draw Terms & Conditions:

1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions. 2. The prize draw is being run by Natalie Catherine Candles. 3. Eligibility to enter: the prize draw is open to entrants 18+ years of age and a resident in the UK. 4. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. 5. A maximum of one entry per email address or social media account is permitted. 6. The prize draw is free to enter. 7. How to enter: entrants must follow instructions on social posts or emails made or sent by Natalie Catherine Candles. Any prize draws run by email will include those already subscribed to our mailing list and all new subscribers up to 11.59pm on the day the competition closes. Entries after that time and date will not be included in the draw. 8. To enter our prize draws you must follow the email or social post channels. Natalie Catherine Candles will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate. 10. The prize: the prize is as advertised on each campaign and will be at least one essential oil soy candle selected by Natalie Catherine Candles. Minimum prize value is £48. 11. The winner: the winner will be drawn at random on the date advertised on the relevant prize draw campaign. Prize draws usually take place at approximately 7pm GMT. 12. The prize: the prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. 13. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so. 14. The decision of Natalie Catherine Candles regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 15. Winner announcement: the winner will be notified by midnight on the day the prize draw takes place via the method advertised on the relevant competition campaign. 16. Natalie Catherine Candles will attempt to contact the winner up to three times. 17. If the winner does not respond to a winner notification within 14 days of the third and final attempt, they will lose their right to the prize, and Natalie Catherine Candles reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner. 19. Receipt of the prize: Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement. 20. Data protection and publicity: You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Natalie Catherine Candles for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice. 21. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at natalie@nataliecatherinecandles.co.uk. 22. The winner agrees to the release of their first name, city and county location to any other prize draw participants if requested via Natalie Catherine Candles. 23. An announcement of the winners first name, city and county will be made via the Natalie Catherine Candles website and social channels. 24. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Natalie Catherine Candles Privacy Notice. 24. Limitation of Liability: Natalie Catherine Candles does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that Natalie Catherine Candles does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence. 25. Natalie Catherine Candles does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner. 26. Natalie Catherine Candles reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. 27. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
