Yes. All of our candles are made with eco soy wax and pure essential oils and are 100% recyclable. The glass candle container is also reusable as well as recyclable!

It's a possibility! If you are based in London and would like to collect your order, or you are based relatively close-by, please drop me an email at natalie@nataliecatherinecandles.co.uk to organise a date and time for either collection or in-person delivery. Once a date and time has been agreed, you can then place your order and select the "Local Delivery" option during Checkout. Please note that we are based in South-East London. Should this delivery option be selected without making prior arrangements, there may be a delay in fulfilling your order.
We hope that you are happy with your order from Natalie Catherine Candles however if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 14 working days from your delivery date.
Returned goods must be unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition; for example, the item must have all its packaging intact.
